An established regional bank was in need of a massive digital transformation of many aspects of their business. They needed a proven partner to scale up a massive skilled workforce, put in place new processes, and shape a new culture of innovation.

In my role, as the UX Design leader within this large transformation initiative, I facilitated the product roadmap across multiple teams, shaped communications for org design and process improvement, and led the growth and development of designers embedded in agile-oriented delivery teams.

Under my leadership, our teams redesigned the omni-channel online banking experience and established a design system.
